All cancellations or appointment modifications must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Any changes made within this window will result in a 50% fee of the service booked.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may limit the time available for your service. While I will always do my best to accommodate you, the service may need to be shortened to stay on schedule. If you arrive too late to receive the service, you will still be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service and will need to reschedule. All outstanding fees must be paid before rebooking.
Late Arrivals
If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your appointment time, you will be considered a no-show. In the event of a no-show, you will be charged 100% of the service booked and you will be blocked from future bookings.
No-Shows
Please arrive and have a seat and wait in the lobby until we come get you for your scheduled service time.
